We’re (almost) all about texture.
InteriorArts features 20 different surface textures with dimensional relief in Designs, Neutrals and Wood Grains. These textures set us apart, make neutrals unique and more interesting, and make wood grains more authentic and less like shiny laminate. They make InteriorArts different than so many other laminates.
Currently, we only offer the product and texture combinations listed here. Custom product / texture laminates are available with a 100 sheet minimum, with limitations. Of course, the best way to experience our textures is to contact us for samples.
NAT – Natural | Standard matte, or low satin laminate look. No texture on laminate surface. |
---|---|
BRU – Brushed | Vertical brushed texture, like short grain brushed aluminum. Reflective shimmer. |
HGL – High Gloss | High Gloss finish, on wood and solid colors. |
MAD – Madmen | Sixties-style textured pattern of 7″ diameter dotted orbs that repeat approx. 7 times across sheet in staggered, consistent arrangement. |
FLM – Flame | Horizontal, reflective texture that resembles a sideways flame. Plays with light. |
VEL – Velvet | Plush, reflective, velvet-like appearance. |
DZL – Drizzle | Vertical pattern with linear flecks, similiar to wood grain checks. Approx. every 11″ pattern contains a subtle 4″ wide area of more widely spaced flecks. |
IMP – Impression | Vertical wood grain texture, with 6 crowns or cathedrals evenly spaced across width of sheet. Crown run length of sheet and are 4″ wide. |
STK – Streak | A wider, raised vertical wood grain-like texture. |
WAV – Wave | A woody and natural texture, linear, with variation, and slightly more rolling texture. |
VRT – Vertiline | Linear, vertical and evenly spaced raised line texture. |
MCR – Microline | Narrower than Vertiline, this texture adds wood grain-like dimension to wood designs. |
SWC – Sawcut | Dramatic cross-grain texture, like the roughness of saw burrs or bounces on wood grain. |
CRV – Cross Curve | A vertical, natural linear wood grain with varying shallow and deeper texture. |
CEM – Cement | A rough, non linear “worn” texture with shinier or “less worn” areas. |
LIN – Linen | A cross hatched, linen-like slightly raised texture. |
GRN – Grain | A subtle organic raised, or ridged texture. |
VNZ – Veneer Grain | A vertical woody texture that enhances wood look laminate. |
GMS – Mica | A stone-like, almost flinty, non-linear texture with worn and somewhat “unworn” parts. |
VNR – Veneer | A matte sanded wood like feel that enhances the woodiness of wood look laminate |
